i have albuterol sulfate inhalation solution .083% i'm wondering if this is the same stuff i here about the stuff i have goes through a breathing machine does this sound right if so how many vials do i need to take and when do i take them?

That's the right stuff. The vials I have contain 2.5mg of Albuterol Sulfate. You need to find out how many milligrams you have in each vial.

Start at 4mg split into two doses on the first day and ramp up from there, slowly. How slowly will depend on how well you tolerate it. It took me a few days to ramp up to 15mg/day split into 3 doses. Expect some nagging headaches and a minor stimulant effect throughout.

split the dosages up more. the half-life is around 4-6 hours long.
I would say 4 doses throughout the day will work best
