i have seen many post on this and cant quite figure out what it is and how to use it can any one please explain it........

i will be starting 400 mg cip a week
300 mg deca a week
30 mg of dbol

when and how much clomid should i use on this cycle

this is my first cycle back after a 6 year lay off
i am 5'9" about 230 18% body fat and i have been lifting for a bout 7 years
 
hmmmm i ask one question about ALA and no one responds.

fellas can i get just a little help on this question please. dont mean to bother any one :^(

If you take one supplement, it should be ALA in my opinion. It stands for alpha lipoic acid. Also known as thioctic acid. It is an incredibly powerful fat and water soluble antioxidant. That means it quenches free radicals, molecules with an unpaired electron that wreak cellular havoc on the entire body. Free radicals are responsible for most diseases and drug toxicity. ALA is made by the human body and found naturally in some foods. It is a very effective liver protectant. It is also an insulin mimicker at high dosages. Probably best to use it like insulin. 1 gram in the morning with simple sugars, 1 gram after workouts, and again with dinner.
