ALA...WTF is going on?

Alright bros, im in my last week of my cutting cycle and i just jumped on the ala band wagon.
My cycle was:
Sust 600 Weeks 1-10
Fina 75 ed Weeks 4-8
Winny 50 ed Weeks 4-8
Prop/Susp Weeks 11-13
My stats as of 10 days ago were 6'4" 248lb, bf prob 9%
I was eating 700 cals below maintance and doing cardio 5x/wk
I started uping my cals 10 days ago and taking Ala with carb meals (approx 1.6-2g/day)
I weighted myself 7 days ago and was down to 246 but didn't really think much of it
Today i weighted myself again and i am 242lb
WTF is going on? I know ALA aids in weight loose, but the past week i've been eating 3600 cals and no cardio
What gives?
Remember i'm still taking 600mg of **prop/susp per week

not being a smart ass or flaming you but maybe you have aids or some other health disorder. That is also a sign of severe liver damage.
 
Do you feel the weight loss is water/fat or are you losing strength as well?

strength is about the same
as far as water weight i was taking .5mg amiderex ed
i don't look noticably leaner, at least not 8 lbs worth

1) You need to check your body fat percentage. It may have gone down.

2) you were 248. I assume you're an active guy. To calculate roughly your maintanance calories multiply your weight 248 by 16.
This gives roughly 4000. You said you were eating 3600 calories. That's below your maintanance level. Up your calories by 500-
1000.

Yeah,

The stats dont help a lot unless you break it down into fat/lean mass.

ALA is a "Glucose disposal agent" but not a cutting drug ... it isn't thermogenic.
