Alright bros, im in my last week of my cutting cycle and i just jumped on the ala band wagon.
My cycle was:
Sust 600 Weeks 1-10
Fina 75 ed Weeks 4-8
Winny 50 ed Weeks 4-8
Prop/Susp Weeks 11-13
My stats as of 10 days ago were 6'4" 248lb, bf prob 9%
I was eating 700 cals below maintance and doing cardio 5x/wk
I started uping my cals 10 days ago and taking Ala with carb meals (approx 1.6-2g/day)
I weighted myself 7 days ago and was down to 246 but didn't really think much of it
Today i weighted myself again and i am 242lb
WTF is going on? I know ALA aids in weight loose, but the past week i've been eating 3600 cals and no cardio
What gives?
Remember i'm still taking 600mg of **prop/susp per week
