JG1 New member May 16, 2002 #1 I take 600mg ALA with each of my first three meals that consist of 50-75g carbs per meal. My last three meals have zero carbs, just protein and fat. Would there be any benefit to taking 300mg (I have 300mg caps) with each of my last three meals?
