ala with glycerol

with ala i get good pumps and vascularity,how would glycerol affect the use of ala,anyone ever try it?

REGULAR ala is the shizzy! 300 mg per meal keeps me in ketosis even with 200 mg carbs ed simple and coplex!

ala and glycerol are two seperate things i should ahve clarified that in my origanal post.

uumm glycerol is a complex very low gi carb.. ala is like a carb vaccum of course the complex will get shuttled quicker and more efficiient..

what kind? racemic? (it may be the fillers or low grade ala.. if under 99% you can be looking at some by products of manufacture that are not "nice")

it is probably the fillers then.. eas tends to use at least decent grade material.. HOWEVER it is theoretically possible that you are allergic to s-ALA as it does not occur in nature.. possible..

glycerol is not a carb, its a backbone of tryglycerides and is a by product of their oxidation
