Should ALA be taken with food that is high in carbs and fat?

Like popcorn? Sorry its one on my cheat foods...love my popcorn at the movies...lol

Ala would work well with carby popcorn. Enjoy that large bucket while viewing attack of the clones, just pop some ala in while watching the Matrix Reloaded trailer (shown before the movie).
