this is just my suggestion. i you have never used ALA before and are planning on using it, buy a weeks worth or so. the reason being is because this stuff might have you so bloated, that you'll be uncomfortable doing your every day routines. its better to waste money on one week of ALA rather than 2-3 months of it. i bought 150g worth and i cant use it since it gets me bloated. money down the toilet
