If I were to buy the 50gram powder from beyond a century do you know where I could find some caps to put them in and how are you suppose to weigh the powder? does it come with a scoop or something that equates to a certain milligram amount?

I am looking into going into the ALA business and if all goes well and I make the go, I will sell 100 grams of ALA powder for $28.

it burns a little, but nothing too bad

Beyond a century sells cap'm quik device, tapper, and gel caps. The size is 00. I made 120 ALA caps using the tapper with 50 grams using 00 caps. Which is a little more than 400mgs each. Probably could have fit 500mgs if I tapped a little harder.

I think you did the math wrong. There is 50,000mg/bottle. I made 125 caps using virtually all the powder. 50,000/125=360mg/cap.

Check in the sups board. A long how-to post (I made my own ALA, or something like that).

The cap'm quick, tamper, 750 caps, and 50 grams comes to about $45 with shipping. The ALA itself was aroung .33/gram if I remember. With good use of the tamper (three or four time) you can make 100 caps from 50g. That would be 500mgs a cap, and that is the max I have read so far. Then again with out going through all the tapping and re-tapping pauly got 400mg, so just take more of them

It not like any of use would notice one more little pill in the handful we take everyday...
