ok, i've used ALA in the past and i really like it. im almost out of it and have been reading up on CLA and its benefits. as im almost out of my ALA, i was wondering which would be more beneficial (and why) if i had to choose between the two. actually i do have to choose between the two b/c i cannot afford BOTH. i found a really good source and taking ~6grams of CLA /day comes out to ~$1.25/day while taking ~3grams of ALA /day will come out to around $0.80/day... i know its not much each day, but i'd have to buy in bulk and currently can't afford both.
