hey guys,

I just got a hold of some ALA to help my liver out during my first cycle. Anyway, Ive never used this stuff before. How would you guys suggest I take it? ALso, does it matter when I take it...like post workout?
 
Best time to take it would before high carb meals and yes you can take it post workout with your postworkout drink or meal.I take any where from 500-1000 mg of Ala about 3-4 times a day before meals.I wouldnt suggest taking it without food as it tends to give some killer heartburn time to time.....
