i started using ALA as a liver protectant awhile ago, but i'm staying on it even though i'm not on any kind of cycle right now. Reason is all the posts I've been reading about ALA on here almost make it seem like you can take 200-300 mg and a half hour later eat some ice cream, or anything with sugar in it and it won't kill your diet? Does this stuff work that good or are people hyping it up a little too much...I know it does wonders for the liver but how about when you aren't on a cycle, would anyone else take it then?
