ALA......forever??

You can stay on ALA as long as you want, but wouldn't hurt to take a couple weeks off here every 6 months or so as it causes iron deficianies(sp).

so i started ala few days ago at .5 gram before carb meals 2 - 3 times a day but i also started liquidex .5 eod which one is making my piss smell terible???????????????:mad: :mad:
 
I am at 3 grams a day and have no sides... when my ALA comes in I will be bumping it up to 4 grams a day. What may be the only factor as I stated earlier is your body won't be able to use iron efficiently. I am not exactly sure of the benefits from iron but I am sure someone on here does......

To sum it up Suspension, 2-3 grams a day should not hurt you.

something I should add

If you are carb depleating trying to get into ketosis, 2-3 grams of ALA MAY make you hypoglycemic...... so be careful if that is your goal... sorry hadn't really thought about that. If you are trying to get into Ketosis I would recommend a safety apple in case you de become hypoglycemic you can eat that apple and should be fine.

larger pumps, increased lethargy which suggest ketosis, larger fat loss. This is related to pumps but when I bumped it up to 3 grams a day, my biceps had a vein popping out all day instead of just right after I workout.. I know some you brothers have that all the time but I don't. It is nice, chicks notice that shit.
