I have been doing some thinking..... When lab test were done on Rats they found that ALA became Lethal at a degree that would be equal to 30 grams for a human. I haven't thought of this before but I orginally thought ok, don't come close to 30 grams in a day.. simple... But what is probably more likely, is a lethal dosage would be 30 grams within one serving... ALA's life is about 30 minutes to an hour.

Here is my experiment.... I have saved some of my ALA caps that I am selling... I will be digesting 6 + grams of ALA a day. I may do a gram of ALA with each meal.

I should get some damn' good cuts on this and ketosis should be perfect... I am nervous about hypoglycemia but I will see be close to sugar to protect me... What do you guys think? Think it will be worth it?

Im amazed with all the hype around ALA id like to know.

p.s. you take 6 grams a day now or how much now i just started with 3 grams gonna see where it takes me.

You will get awesome muscle hardness from this.

I take 900mg (3 300mg caps) of quality ALA before my first daily meal, potato flakes, cottage cheese and possibly a bit of peanut butter.

Then, about 2 hours later, I take 300mg and then consume a simple carb (i'm experimenting w/ high dose ribose) as well as creatine. That combined with 2 dymetadrine + 1/4 gram of acetyl-l-tyrosine has given me muscle harness similiar to a light ox run of like 25-30mg (generic) per day. I am on liquidex as well.
 
Do those potato flakes (instant mashed potatoes right) constitute eating "clean"?

If so, good shit, I love those.
 
Depends on you twitched....the potato flakes are pure potatos, nothing else, but they are rather high GI, the cottage cheese (lowfat) and peanut butter lower their GI rating....the amount i eat has nearly a gram of potassium, and everyone knows Vitargo, the carb w/ special muscle glycogen replenishment properties comes from potatos...works well for me, and light on the stomach.

Minitor, L-tyrosine is an amino acid, a precursor to nor-epinepherine, basically a mild stimulant, blocks serotonin uptake in the brain. acetyl-l-tyrosine is a better form of it, with better absortion and assimliation properties...I combine it with 2 dymetadrine, but only take about 1/4-1/2 a gram, it's potents stuff.....once I took about 2 grams + dyma on accident and I was wired like a mothefucker..
