ALA dosing

I'm going to start running ALA at 2000 mg's a day. I eat on average 7 meals per day.

What would be the best way to divide up the ALA? Equally at 300 mg's with each meal, or 500 mg with every other meal?

Does it really matter?
 
I am taking anywhere from 2000 mg to 3000 mg. When bulking I actually use closer to 3000 mg and when cutting only 2000 mg.
