ALA dosage for skin

my gf is interested in using ALA for her skin when her hormones go crazy round her time of the month...and not really for any bb purposes...what dosage should i give her at 5'4, 105lbs, very lean and quite fit?

400mgs should be fine....tell her to hit 200mgs with each meal...and ALA after training is good to with a shake...

its not a guess..its a "ultraguess" its a lot more accurate then the average guess

i know a couple of females that did that and they loved it..
