ala & cap m quik?

just bought some ala powder and cap-m-quik w/ tamper
How much does the 1 size cap hold??

the cap-m-quik.com says its 540mg while in the thread below it says that the 00 size holds around 500??

I've found that without any packing the size O holds appr. 250 mg, if that is any help.

380MG I MAXED OUT AT THE 0 SIZE
500MG 00 SIZE
I NEVER TRIED THE 000 SIZE IM ASSUMING 750MG
