ALA and refeeds.

I"m thinking about taking ala on my high carb days, but im wondering what the effect will be on leptin. By taking the ala, will i still replinish leptin?

i wouldnt think there would be a problem, if im correct i think insulin is what maximizes glucose's potential increase on leptin levels, even with ALA the glucose is still entering the system and an insulin spike is goign to occur, i think i read that fonz said that ala has no effect on the production of insulin.

anybody else, plornive? others, is this correct?
