ALA and acne

hey guys I have maybe another positive addition to ALA's reputation. I have been off since about dec. and my Backne has been stubborn in going away. Well from all the peer pressure (which is good) I bought some ala for my upcoming cycles and I decided to use some precycle to see if I noticed any effects. Well let me tell you that my back acne has basically cleared up in about 4 days with no new heads. This shit is amazing. I am taking nothing else and all I was doing before was tanning. Anyone else heard about ALA having a positive effect on the reduction or stopping the formation of acne.

where do you guys get your ala in high doses i havent been able to find it anywhere in bigger doses than 50mg and im str8 with buying from KiloSports...

300 mg

the ones I am using are 300 mgs per pill I got them from Daves Power Store and the brand name is Natrol

Hey Trax:The only problem with that is that I have not been tanning for the last couple weeks and new zits had formed as of last week but as soon as I started I had a noticable difference of no new heads and most of the existing ones are now smaller, I don't know, anyone else heard of this.
