ALA & Acne

I think I saw some other bro's post on this, but it was never a topic.. I used to have some acne that was real stubborn on my cheaks.. Well, I started taking ala and it seems to have gone away.. is that really related to the ALA?? If so how can it be doing that? Im not a huge fan of ALA, but I'm starting to believe

I dont know how or why it has made my acne disappear, but I'm fucking happy it did!!! NOTHING, I mean NOTHING in my 7-8 years of puberty has done this, and I've tried everything, including B-5..which helped but not as much as ALA.

I've defenitely noticed very little acne since jumping on ALA... I don't think I'll be stopping taking it for a very long time... I'm using 2000mg a day and my face is pretty much clear

Damn!! I just realized that I had no acne on my shoulders and back while taking winny. (last time is was getting alittle ugly)

I thought maybe its my diet or some other variable, but never thought it would be ALA. I'm taking 2000 to 3000 mg a day.

You guys are lucky ALA made me appeared some Acne on the side of my body and lower back, big pimple and they are gross.

Now that I think of it, all my backne has cleared up since taking ALA. This stuff is great.
