Ai's + DHT blockers - off label? Covered by insurance?

So I have a tendency to be a high converter to both estrogens and DHT. I just started back on TRT in the past few months and wondering if I should wait to get bloodwork rechecked and hope the doc will write me a script for these? Or are these strictly off label uses and it won't be covered by my insurance anyways? I have a source for Arimidex, Letrozole, Dutasteride, Finasteride, etc so I can get it either way. If I can get my ins to pay for it, I'd obviously rather do that. But if they won't cover it for these uses anyways, I'll just go ahead and get some on the way.

Thoughts?

the AI should be covered if needed and doc has the proof right there IMO
