Airtime...a Suggestion Bro.....

Some feelings may be hurt here....oh well......

I was one of the original Mods on this board when it was first up...Due to my obligation to semi pro football I had to give up my spot.....I still Moderate on three other boards currently....

Now that that is clear I must say I do not think that George needs anyone to protect him...May it be some one kissing ass to remove it for him or what ever may be the case...George is a grown man and by the looks of the post no one was bashing him, at no time was there any disrespect made to him as a person, but to his buisness practice there was...He can handle his own...Deleting post and so forth just makes it look that much worse...

Airtime I am sure you remember who I am we emailed each other a couple of times bro...My suggestion to you since your situation is now board wide George if he really is on vacation will address this issue and given the nature of how it was brought out he may address it on the board....You made your statement keep your respect towards him on the board intact and I beleive it will be resolved asap.....

I have seen, and assisted George when this board went up and there were race, and gender problems it was very heated for a while for all the old timers you know what I mean...He does not like conflict and such....Before going to your lawyer nad maybe having this board watched closely..dear god that is all we need Give him a cal, EFl Chris or who ever and let it ride smoothly bro...

Hey Biz, ofcourse I remember you. I also value your opinon. Check this out.

I tried very hard to get this resolved before going to this route, without any luck. Trying to say George is on vacation, yet he still takes time to post new announcements, without responding to my request, just doesn't add up.

Also, I have had over 7 names blocked and they continue to delete the threads that I an the other members post on this subject. And they do this without trying to resolve the situation. Just so you know bro!

As always, you opinon is welcomed...even if you do not agree!:fro:

and they deleted it twice. So instead of solving the problem, they erase
it. Not good. Now, who else would have a problem with this.

As an FYI, this is not saying his products and services are bad, but it
is a customer service issue. It was for his consultation service which
cost $487.00. I received no benefits from this and the service was sub
par in this incident. That does not say that it is a bad deal, just not
for me.

Let's get this thing resolve george, I have sent you numerous e-mails
asking for the refund...but no replies.You've gotta check this out!
I would just like every one to know about a very unprofessional thing
that George is doing to one of our members. As some of you may know,
Airtyme posted a thread titled "George please read!" trying a last
attempt to get George's attention on a customer service matter.

This is the deal. Airtyme purchased Georges consultation service back in
September for $487.00. After he did so, it took George over a month to
finally contact him. Once that took place, George only spent 15 minutes
on the phone, sent him "customized cycles" that were just some
cut-n-paste cycles from his "chemical wizardry database" that you can
purchase for under $20.00.

Now, here is where it really goes south. Airtyme called George and left
a couple of messages as well as several emails in the past 2 weeks
asking for a refund. George has a "100% unconditional money back
guarantee" listed with this service. Well, George will not return his
emails or phone calls. However, Airtyme is getting confirmations back
that George is opening up these emails.

Next, Airtyme decided to post on the board (I will paste a copy of what
he posted) and ask for George to make good on his word. George and EF
Chris deled the thread on 3 different occasions, and now have blocked
Airtyme's IP address. So instead of George confronting the issue and
making good on his word, he is trying to hide from it.

I don't know about you, but $487 is a lot of money to me, and I expect
someone to get what they pay for, or the money should go back. Airtyme
has tried everything to resolve this problem, but no help.

You may ask how I know all this? Airtyme is my husband, and many of you
know him as a member of this board for three years. And this is how he
get's treated.

All we want is for George to live up to his word, refund him the money
and we will not mention another word of this.

If this happened to you, how would you feel or react?
 
ANOTHER THING

I do not intend on bashing George/Chris, I know they are very busy. But if that is the case (I would like to assume so), then he should not be offering services that he can't provide quality service on. Second, if he is really on vacation, he should notify his paying clients that he will be away for awhile. They depend on him for guidance, and they have paid for it.

I am sure Goerge is a fine and decent man. He has given all of us valuable information over the years. I jst want him to live up to his promisies and control the things he can control.

Not too much to ask!

Just from a "business" perspective.

We provide these forums as a free service to anyone who wants to discuss bodybuilding and fitness. It is true I have been away, but I got a call today saying I was needed on the boards. We have never allowed members to use these free forums to discuss customer service issues. And you agreed not to when you accepted the terms of service upon registration.

As I recollect, I left you a voice mail asking you to let me know a time to speak to you. But I never heard from you. Neither Elite Fitness nor I sell steroids, and you were never told that we did. I hope you find what you are looking for, but you will not get it from us.

We have sent you sample cycle suggestions and are eager to personalize them for you once you indicate the direction you want to go in. But, if you do not communicate with us we cannot help you.

As always, we will delete all customer service issues that are inappropriately posted here.
