aight dammit! seems ive hit yet another snag

for those of u that know a little bit of my bad shoulder history, seems theres a new occurance,,(brief summary--1st-both shoulders simply f***d. recovering from shattered left shoulder w/ screws an all, but so far left is fine doing well, 11yrs back i tore tendons/ligaments in my rt shldr) anyway wrkd shoulders/back this morn. never had rotator cuff probs (till 2day) hurts like a bitch,,just took 500mg aspirin/lortab10, feels better. but ques is---i have a 10ml/40mg bottle of Depo-Medrol (methylprednisolone acetate suspension) as anti-inflammatory, would that be good or bad idea??

We are talking about rotator cuff impingement and not a tear right? You might want to have some lidocane on hand before juicing that spot. It can be pretty painful spot to throw a needle into. Also you need to be damn careful injecting around there. I think it is safe to say that it would be a 1st or 2nd line of therapy your doc would use anyway. Good luck bro.
