Is Nolva the on SERM/AI that helps cholesterol?.......does aromasin do the same? I have some letro on hand for my next go ahead, but something to assist in not having cholesterol reak havoc would be great.

nolva does help cholesterol and was recommended to me by Bruce410 who was recommended to use it by Makaveli , while on cycle.
Not sure about Aromasin. you could check out some profiles and check. I can't ever keep up with all the AI info pertaining to lipids because some of them effect it negatively and some positively. most say if they are already trashed then dont worry about an AI making it any "worse". cholesterol is supposed to return back to normal post cycle anyways. I believe Macro would back this up.

yes, nolva should help with cholesterol, but you shouldn't take nolva just for that sake.... the only AI that won't wreck your lipids is aromasin, but it doesn't necessarily help them get better.... adex and letro will kill your lipids

from th research I have done I have concluded any AI that eliminates estrogen from the body will negetively impact lipids. Those that do not eliminate estrogen but instead compete for receptors can have a positive effect.

Bilter is correct..... thank you sir!

Here is the summary of the two links he has:

Anastrozole treatment has no impact on plasma lipid levels, whereas both letrozole and exemestane have an unfavorable effect.

During 2 years of treatment, tamoxifen showed generally favorable effects on the lipid and lipoprotein profile .

I knew I should have gone with aromasin rather than letro, but the letro work so good it was hard to pass it by. I get gyno just by holding a bottle of test, unless I use letro. Oh well..............

What exactly is AIFM? Also what is up with DHEA and it's use during PCT? I thought that would be counter productive, right?

No matter what meds it's either aromasin or nolva you use, it depends on how you take it. Just seek doctors advice or you can try Xtend Life Products I'm sure this can help you.
