AI on cycle

Do people recommend using an AI on/during cycle, or only for PCT? If so, what kind of AI, for a test only cycle?

Or is it more recommended to have an AI drug to take only if gyno appears?

Myself i have forma stanzol, but i guess it would be good to have som stronger on hand in case of sides. .

I would use arimidex 0.5mg eod on cycle to keep the estrogen in check. During PC|T i would use aromasin as your AI

I wouldnt start running adex right off the bat, I would wait till either I saW sides or started to bloat. Then i would run .5g every other day till about 2 weeks after my last pin. This is not in place of proper PCT but along with your PCT

Thanks for the info. So it's not enoughh with forma stanzol alone? and armidiex is the best alternativ if sides show?

I have Small dose clomid, Unleashed/post cycle, forma stanzol and HCgenreate. Think i should be covered.

I think i start to notice a little puffy nipples. May also only be in my head. . not sure. .

Some people can get away with no AI on cycle, while others will need one from the get go...then you have people in the middle that only need one later in the cycle when sides start to come.

You just have to figure out how sensitive you are to estrogen sides. My suggestion is to run without one at first but add it in as soon as you get any puffy or itchy nips...etc.

Nope, feels the same. It's like onlit the nip is a little stiff. Like when you freeze
no lump or other sides. .

Yeh that is a good plan. Formastanozol works very well on cycle and in PCT

For 5 pumps AM and PM (10 total a day) 1 bootle is not enough, starting mid cycle and throughout PCT?

I would advise you to run an AI on any cycle that has an aromatizing substance (Test, Dbol, etc). Why take a chance that you may or may not get gyno? It really is not that much of an inconveinience to take one pill ED or EoD. If cost is holding you back, then $90-$300 for an AI is much cheaper than $2500-$6000 for gyno surgery. To hear some people advise you only take an AI if you get symptoms is something I cannot comprehend. All that does is leave you scrammbling to find some letro and hope it kills off your gyno; which it might not even do. Besides, A-dex or even Aromasin is useless at that point- the gyno has already set in.
Point being; be proactive. Don't give the gyno a chance to even develop. Run an AI in your cycle and if you want to be extra cautious or think you will be gyno prone; 10 mg novla per day.
This is just my opinion. Keep lifting bro.

I am now a couple of weeks ending my cycle, and no gyno or other sides showed up, so i hope i will be all cleared If i'm gonna do another cycle in the future, i think i will take adex EOD so i dont have to worry to much

hey dylangemelli how many bottles would you need for a 12 week cycle if you start half way on cycle and through pct ?
im guessing 2 right with some spare assuming you took it from week 6 through pct ?
Also would you reccomend continuing the forma another 2weeks after the pct had finished ?
had read to continue it abit longer and was wondering if you had any views on this, thanks
