Makes no difference. The half life is long enough for you to dose EOD or even longer.

It does not matter what time of the day you take your AI. It also does not matter if you take it with food or on an empty stomach.

Just remembering to take it each day is all that matters

Start from day 1 and it doesn't matters what time you take it, just be consistant and try and take it at the same time everyday. Then it will become repetitious and easier to remember.
