AHD - Acronym Hell Deficit...

One of the things I'm noticing about this site as I read through all the posts is that everyone here seems to want to use or make up acronyms for everything from DOM to HST.

Unfortunately, the people using these only spell them out about 50% of the time, which makes understanding some of the posts very difficult for someone new to the boards.

Has anyone ever put together a list of common acronym definitions for this site?
 
Hmmmm, its a good point!

However, a lot of the time, what’s behind the acronym is really irrelevant. DC for example is simply a type of training named after the guy who introduced it, who's screen name is Dogg Crap; not that useful! :)

I guess an acronym post might make a good sticky...
 
I'll start a short one if everyone will add to it:

BB - Body Builder/ing or Barbell
PL - Power lifter/ing
DB - Dumbbell
DOMS - Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness
OHP - Overhead Press
BNP - Behind the neck press
DL - Deadlift
SLDL - Stiff legged deadlift
HST - Hypertrophy-specific training
DC - Doggcrap training (named after guy who created it)
WS or WSB - Westside Barbell (a club and type of training)
 
Bump to add the acronym definitions to some sort of sticky? Maybe the training methods and training videos and arconyms could all be part of one big (locked) How To sticky?
