Its been over 3 weeks since I placed an order for LIPOFLAME and Amplify02. I have not gotten an email or any other form of communication letting me know my shippment has being delayed. I checked the site and it says something about some back orders this month...my order was last month (and a heads up from customer service would have been nice). Anyone know anything about whats going on and when I could expect my supps, and what sort of compensation I should receive for the lack of customer service and delay.

anyone else have any problems...I have ordered from them many times before without incident, but am now very leary.

Hey bro.. I'm sure OMEGA will take care of you. This is the first I've heard of a problem like this from AGX. Just give him a chance and I'm sure he'll make it right. Hes a good bro and very customer service oriented. Dont worry..
 
In the NEWS "AGXnews" it is clearly stated that orders with Amplify02 were on Back order Sir.

Your order goes out this Wed with a 10% discount on Amplify02 as do all others.

If this does not suit you then we can arrange a refund to be issued back to your chosen payment method you used.

PS: we sold out do to demand of course but also we wanted to take ONE MORE LEAP forward in the formulas of BOTH Amplify02 and LIPOFLAME

so really expect the best when you do get it :)

I have always been happy with your products and timely manner of delivery. I understand that demand can be unexpected at times and such, and that delays may occur, but I also feel like I shouldnt have to find out what is going on with the order, and that details should be sent to me as soon as it is apparent there is going to be a delay. Thanks for the quick responses today, and I also received an email today saying its being shipped wednesday.....and now I am looking foreward to the new "LEAPS" foreward.

Its been known for several weeks on here and there is a big banner when you order it at the top of the page that says the same, it was on back order. So you were notified.

Their shipping was very efficient when I ordered from them. My lipoflame came in the same week I ordered it. :) Ordered mon I believe, got it on thursday.
