I started this stack a little over a week ago, and this stuff works. I have a habit of not really keeping my bf% in check throughout most of the year, so when I saw a picture of myself on new year's eve, I was like, "Jesus Christ I'm a fatass!"

I'm not going to BS at all about this. In the first week I lost 7 lbs with no strength loss on any of my core lifts. Some of that was undoubtably water weight, but there's no doubt in my mind now that this stack works, and is worth the money. Better yet, so far I have had no sides at all, unless you can consider staring a hole through my professor's face in class a side effect lol. There's no jitters, no anxiety, no headaches, and no queasy stomach like I used to get on the ECA stack.

I'm not a diet guy, I'm not a cardio guy, and I simply never will be. I hate doing cardio, but if I know I can expect results, I don't mind doing it to get in better athletic shape. I'm a natural mesomorph/endomorph, so for me to lose any body fat at all is an accomplishment.

My only downside is Yohimbe tends to make my "boys" not as full, same thing happens when I run ECA-Y stack...oh well whatever lol
