Age requirements for steroid use

curious as to when most of you or people you know began using steroids. When is it considered safe?

Try it naturally for a spell.. then and only then when you've reached your maximum potential (or close to it) should you then try gear




I was in my late 30's but most will tell you to wait until your early 20's
