age for deca

jus wonderin how old is ok to supplement with as. 21?? The ques that really bugs me is that by taking as for only like a year lets say and then never again...will it harm u or ur body in anyway or will u b ok if u keep doses low

research brother..... A newb cannot stay on it for a year and stop.... Hello Shutdown. You shouldn't really do more than a cycle or 2 for your first time using within a year...
You gotta read up more on the boards.. search around for stuff. also im 21, not gonna be doin it for at least another couple years and i have been training natty for about 6 years... Just train hard and eat a lot for a at least a few more years bro.. Research now so you wont screw up later.
