I'm 36yrs old 5'7"and about 188lbs at 16% BF. I've been training on and off
for about 21yrs.
Last year I tried gear for the first time. I took 2 cycles ,1 of Deca and
Primo tabs, and the other just Dbol. I went up over 200lbs for the first
time ever, but now am back down to about the same.Even without training I
maintain my bodyweight however,and I haven't been training seriously for
about 1 year now.
My question is ,what do you think would be the best cycle for me at this
stage in my life ?
I would like to get my BF down under 10% and my arms up to 18"(currently 16
1/2).
Could you please advise? I am not in a position to pay out a large sum of
money for a cycle, so please bear that in mind when you answer.
I appreciate any help you can give.
