Just wanted to throw in my two cents in favor of AG Guys. Their customer service is excellent. When an order was lost by the Post Office, I was worried I wouldn't get a response from them (so many Internet companies don't respond to E-mails). I had a response back in minutes! They tracked down the problem, and things were resolved very quickly. Plus...the freebies they include with the orders are awesome.

This was my first order with them, but it definitely won't be the last!
 
I just wish I was one of those lucky january winners of some clen! but ill still be buying more stuff from them...

My credit/debit card wont work with them (bank says its on thier end, they say its on my banks end...funds arent the issue).....so I went with Pure Premium lab.....that was 3 weeks ago....still no product, and I know my credit card works with them cause they charged it within minutes....funny, they have my money, yet I have no products...whores lol. I just wish I could solve the problem with AG so I could buy my stuff there.

I did send AG an e-mail about it, and they responded within minutes. I sent PPL an e-mail about 2 weeks ago, a week and a half ago, a week ago, and yesterday.....still yet to hear from them.

AG guys!!!! let me buy from you!!!

Were you using a MasterCard by chance? I heard there was an issue with MasterCard at one point (don't know if it's still the case). When I used a Visa instead, it worked fine.

Nope, its Visa.....and I do almost all my shopping online and have never experienced this.......so???

You live an learn I guess. Sounds like PPL scammed you, PM me details, we'll drop them on the scammer list.

SAME thing is happening to me now. It didnt happen before, but then I had fraudulent activity on my account and had to call my bank and close out that card and get a new one... was a HUGE hassle. After I got my new card I was able to make 1 order, and then after that NO MORE ONLINE PURCHASES.

Im still battling it to get everything back to normal... god its been a huge headache.
