Ag-guys No Help!

I placed an order late last night with Ag-Guys. I decided to add to my order after I processed it so I emailed them right away letting them know that is what I wanted to do. I received an email this morning from them saying that I could order again. The bullshit part of the whole thing is I spent 70 bucks on the first order and I wanted to add something that would have put me over 150 and I could have received an extra bottle of something for free. Now because they won't add anything to that first order I have to order again and wont receive a free bottle. BULLSHIT!

Their exact response was "you can order more if you need" which means nothing to me...so I emailed them back saying exactly what I wanted to do and I never got another email except that my original order went through.

Any decent company would add to the order. I asked them to add something immediately after I ordered its not like I waited a few days. IMO they wouldn't do it because of the fact they would need to honor a free bottle like it says on their site.

i got some iso.... from them ordered i think on tue got it the next monday. lucky too i guess just 2 weeks ago, they are a good company i use alot of their stuff, my lab rats think that the stuff is the worst tasting stuff on the planet but it seems to be effective

You ordered "late last night" and then this morning want to change. Dude give them a minute to sort out all the other orders.

AG Guys are NOT going to do you wrong. Just be patient. They will make sure you are happy. Just send them an email in detail about what happened and ask if they meant the order was canceled or if you can order another and have it combined for that amount.

No need to panic. If you don't hear anything from them in 48 hours let me know.

Anyone know of anyone else selling TargeX Plus? I ordered Albuterol from them and after I placed the order I emailed them approximately a half hour later asking if I could add to the order. I wanted to add to the order so I could get my order over $150 and receive another free bottle of something. The first email I got back from them was yes you can order more but it didn't specify if I could add to the order or I could place another order and they would honor the free bottle. So I emailed them again asking specifically what I could do as I really want this free bottle they offer because the prices are ridiculous.

Can you email them and just ask them "I want to order xxxxxxx product(s), can I please qualify for the free bottle since I also ordered xxxxx product(s) half an hour before? Since my two orders in the space of 24 hours meets the criteria for the special."

They probably were telling you that they couldn't add to the previous order because it had already been sent out the door and shipped. As in physical impossible to recall it and put something else in the box.

Sorry for the miscommunication between the two of you. You can find other places online that sell the equivilent of their products (though unsure about TargeX Plus) but I personally can't vouch for their quality or consistency. I really don't think you will have a problem with AGGuys doing you wrong. They have been here too long and have earned their stripes.

They will see this thread when they come on the board. Just hang tight.

AG-guys were good to me in the same situation. I did have to place another order but just had to add the free bottle in the comments with my original order id. They did ship separate but I did get the free bottle.

Dude, calm down. AG-Guys are good to go. For instance, I ordered Liquidex and Letro from them a couple of months ago and they forgot to ship a bottle. I emailed them a couple of times and it was taken care of. They sent out the 2nd bottle right away. Just email them, cancel the order and re-order.

I had a similar problem. I ordered one bottle, then another. I emailed them and asked them to combine shipping on the two bottles i had ordered minutes apart.

They didn't even respond. Just shipped both bottles and charged me twice for shipping.

Yes, I know it was my mistake, but a good company would have combined the orders and only charged me for one shipping charge.
