that is very strong stuff!
i did 1ml all in once and i had so many sides it made me feel like shit all day.
i would rather split up that 1ml in 3 times at day.

Most clen users find it beneficial to split dosages to early AM and early PM. Like 8am and 1pm.

yep, or even three times, i find that anything after 3 or 4 in the evening is not a good idea either

for me i can take it before to go to bed and sleep fine but thats just me i won't advice to any1 first experiencin w it
