after years pow whey shakes

I cannot stomach them anymore.

I have had 30 grams of whey mixed with either skim or water for as long as I can remember post workout.

Now I'm literally gagging for some reason. I've tried different powders and flavors but I'm just sick of it.

The same with tuna and oats; I'm just burned out of them I have them in my diet everyday and the smell of tuna makes me want to puke though I still can choke the oats down.

I guess years of drinking the stuff just about everyday has gotten to me.

What do you think?

Is real food okay to eat post workout ? Suggestions? blah.
 
ewww, I hope so because I have to eat afterwards most times.....I can't ever work out till after work. I run home, change and have to get back fairly early so I can make sure my son is feed, bathed and ready for bed.
I hope eating post workout is what has made my progress slow going. :worried:
