I've just finished a big 20week cycle about 4weeks ago this week. And for the last 2weeks I felt really crappy at the gym as in only doing my first set of exercises and getting light headed and feeling abit sick and getting really fatigued very quickly. Im not sure if it's just my immune system being down and I'm body is just drained off energy or what as I was sick for a few days last week (really lightheaded and naucious) for about three days and been getting ulcers in my mouth. So yeah I'm just wondering if it's just something to do with my immune system recovering, I'm just really cardiovasculary out of shape. Or just being a soft cock and it's in my head. I'm the type of person who will drop loads of weight if I do to much cardio so I never do any as I'm already pretty lean. Anyway I'm sick of feeling like this. Just feeling like an unfit person with no energy all the time. Even though physically my body looks quite good. Any advice or opinions would be great cheers!
