I've had it done and I still use AI's. I noticed when I was on test and not using anything to combat estrogen that my nipples were getting a bit puffy, even though there was no lump developping, so I always use one now, even if it's just a low dose to be safe.

I think they removed the gland, but sometimes they can miss some of it, so you never know. The only way you can be sure is to try it, but have an AI on hand just in case.

From what I understand, it grows like an octopus' tenticles reaching throughout your chest starting from a center point usually beneath the nip. I had mine removed as well and occasionally during cycle they seem to get puffy, but usually go away with the proper ais. but I also have scarring left as well so I just try to play it on the safe side and use the ai's in case.

i have had both sides done.they did not remove all of the gland because it will leave it cosmetically less desirable when nothing is left under nipple it many times has a sunken in appearance.that being said,my right side still has some issues with swelling more than soreness and adex usually keeps it in check.currently i started having some issues again when switching from test cyp and tren enan to test prop and the tren.for some reason the propionate is causing issues where the cyp was not.i never have run dostinex but am probably ordering some tommorrow

I asked my doc at one of my follow-ups...and he said gyno cosmetic surgery does not typically remove the gyno as if you have cancer...my doc said it would be nearly impossible to get every particle... Mine has only flaired up once since...while using methlytest...

had it done, almost all the gland was removed in my right, not as much in my left. my left still flares up....might have it again to get it all. it will look different though. they left what they could in for cosmetic purposes, at the time I wasn't aware they could remove the whole gland and not have to worry about gyno b.s. again. I think triple H has had it done and it's barely noticeable.

I still have to run f'n letro through my cycles though, I'd love to be able to go through a cycle w/ out having to use the shit b/c i know it's taking away half of my gains.....
