after cycle supplements....

alright i hope some of u guys outhere can help me out on this one...i just finished a cycle of Deca 500mg/w for 5ks n now im going crazy on deciding what supplemts 2 take 2 help me maintain my newly acquired muscle. i was thinking of whey protein, glutamine, no-xplode n some sort of creatine. now the problem im having is deciding which creatine is the best 2 take. CM2, PureCee r all but a few ive heard of, can any1 please help me decided what 2 run? i would greatly appreicate it.....

You did go through proper post cycle therapy, right? 5 weeks of deca aren't enough... it'll have barely kicked in by week 4.

do this

1) No-xplode pre workout if lifting
2) if doing cardio use Thermorexin or Cardio Breeze
3) Ener-G glutamine peptides after a workout or before bed ( this will heal you from workouts fast needed post cycle or traning naturally
4) PureCee spaced out through the day as you like to keep Creatine level high
 
why only 5 weeks/you should have had all this thought out a month in advance of STARTING your cycle but i like where OMEGA is going with his thoughts... And get in enough protein
 
yes I think a whey prootein shake first thing in the morning

and one after a workout is enough 50 grams in each
 
a more complete plan

do this

1) No-xplode pre workout if lifting
2) if doing cardio use Thermorexin or Cardio Breeze
3) Ener-G glutamine peptides after a workout or before bed ( this will heal you from workouts fast needed post cycle or traning naturally
4) PureCee spaced out through the day as you like to keep Creatine level high
5)a whey protein shake first thing in the morning and one after a workout is enough 50 grams in each
6) Anti Estrogen management for a while

I wouldnt not do #2 - no cardio during pct unless you want to lose massive amts of muscle.
Add 7) Extra CLEAN calories i'd suggest at least 1-1.5k more.

But this is all suggestions after your typical cycle. 5 wks of deca is pretty pointless IMO. At 5 most of your weight gains is indeed water. In my experience the muscle came from 6+ weeks on.

1) I agree with number 7 very much thanks


2) I disagree with your evaluation of #2, thats why EnerG glutamine peptides was recommended, and power anti-catabolic


3) I realized that Armimadex may be used post cycle or even during a natural cut to elevate test and silence stubborn A2 fat
