after cycle bloat??

ive been off all aas for 6 and a half weeks and im noticing that im bloating up a little bit in my face...could it be that the aas has caused my body to aromatize more test into estrogen now that ive used aas...wat should i do?-it looks sorta like the moon face i had when i was on dbol.

are you eating lots of simple sugars/alcohol/juices etc, or has diet been constant?

yea, now that u mention it, my diet used to be ckd during the summer, and as i went off the aas i kinda let go of the diet and am now eating w/e i want....

just carb-deplete a few days, and you'll probably be fine. do the atkins thing for a week.

il def. look smaller, but usually better after my cycle cuz i will lose the bloat
