I've had estrogen fat deposits since my childhood. Even at 6% bodyfat they were still there(long time ago..). Now, I did a cycle with Tren 75mg ED for 4 weeks with some dbol and gained about 8lb, and also lost about 3%bf. During the cycle I also took Bromo at 2.5mg ED. As for post cycle therapy I did 3 weeks with nolva20mg/bromo3.75mg/Clen100mcg/ALA 2g ED. I changed my diet from a bulk diet to a more "cutting" diet. My diet: I've been eating about 250g carbs, 250g protein and very little fat every day now for 3 weeks. The carbs are super slow(porridge made of oatmeal with a seed called psyliumseeds that lowers GI index in the carbs with about 30%). Protein comes from 60% Casein and the rest from white fish. I eat 60g protein for breakfast, 60g for dinner and 60g before bedtime(with extra fibers and omega3 fat-10grams). In between I eat small meals of 30g protein per meal. The days I work out I take 40g Whey protein 30 minutes after my workout with very little carbs. I work out 3 times per week and have been doing morningwalks before breakfast 5 days per week.
I have not lost any strength.
Now to the estrogen fat deposits. I have these deposits on my lower abs, and lower back. I can't imagine what bodyfat % I am at right now, but it is low. The fat before on my lower abs were very hard. I really could feel it with my fingers. Right now, it feels like the fat is gone and there is only skin left. I looked in the mirror today in one of those dressing rooms that cloth stores have, or whatever you call them over there in the us. I looked on my lower back and can see a big difference. Sorry for the bad spelling/grammar.
