I gave it to the mods at AF to review and they all liked it. That's why we took on the first book we've ever considered. Here's one review.

I ran through it really fast and liked what I did read. I'll have to go back through and read it sometime this week to get more into the details. There are some good contributors in this book. I've always enjoyed reading Bryan Haycock's articles. It's nice to see Susan in there as well, she's always treated me well and with respect.

I give it a 2 thumbs up. Like the others mentioned, it doesn't seem outrageously comprehensive, but it does cover a good deal of basic info that most people will learn from.

Like I've always said, I'm not all about every supplement from the AF Store, but there are some great ones. AF Store has a solid rep overall as far I'm concerned, so looks like I got some reading to do. Can't turn down a training book if the AF Store sells it. :)
