What gives ? I just got a buttload of it, hope there's nothing wrong with it.

AF has plenty of purecee, however until the heat around the country dissipates they will not be shipping it out. The pure material dissociates at high temps (when its 100 degrees outside trucks will often get to 115 or 120 degrees). Causing the caps to fuse together. Most companies are using such low quality material that the loss is unnoticeable or are selling powder that the end user has no idea has degraded in the summer heat.

to get an idea of the quality of the material available, Omega just tested powder from a US based supplier, it came out at 10% CEE. Probably because it came by sea and has been sitting in a hot warehouse. Unfortunately most suppliers, distributors and retailers often store supplements in wearhouses that are not air conditioned, often degrading the product over time especially during the summer months.

The material for Purecee was flown in and has been stored at or below 70 degrees through all points of manufacture, transport and storage. While the dissassociation point is somewhere over 100 degrees, this was done to maintain its absolute purity. However since its so hot outside its not feasible to guarantee that it will arrive in good condition, hence AF has suspended sales until they can guarantee that only the purest CEE product will arrive at the customers door.

as a note- its highly reccomended that ALL supplements are stored below 80 degrees. Most supplements are adversely affected by prolonged exposure to heat.

FUCK! My protein powder sat in 95 degree weather while I was at work all day. Guess my porch was cooler than the truck at least.

I dont think PROTEIN POWDER will have the same effects as the supps MACRO is referring to. You're probably all right.

the product is unflavored and must be mixed with juice

that is correct,

there is also alot of fake or impure material
so it is really a 2 part challenge

real material plus correct transport and handling

sadly I have seen many other companies frankley not give a crap about the true nature of a product, storage conditions or controll of quality
