I got thermorexin, Yo HCL, and yohimburn from the AF store along with a fat caliper. The yo hcl by itself is all I have yet used. 30mg made me feel a tad lightheaded, similar to a buzz from a cup or 2 of coffee =)
The fat calipers, I don't know if I am using them correctly. I hold fat mainly around my midsection, 21yo male. if I pinch the skin area specified (above hip 1") as much skin as I can and measure, I am getting 24mm, = to ~21%BF. If I pinch just a bit of skin, pull it outwards, and measure, I'm getting 14mm (~15%BF). I dont think i look like i'm 21%bf at all. What is the correct way to measure? I may just be fatter than i think.
