AF Pure CEE question

The Iotola

Could this or any other Ethyl Ester creatine be run with a Ephedrine/Caffeine stack?
I heard that caffeine and creatine dont complement eachother but is that only for monohydrate?

yes purecee can be run with EC.

its actually a myth that creatine cannot be run with caffiene, though caffiene is a diuretic (so water intake is a consideration) it has no impact on creatine uptake. The original creatine studies were done with caffeinated tea.

Hey Mac, I was reading in a magazine the other day when waiting to get my haircut and I read that the actual ester in creatine ethyl ester in this new type of creatine is more harsh on the liver than others. I have used it and really liked it, but this was the only thing I have ever heard about it's possible negative sides. Is it still relatively new on the market that no history is available like with monohydrate and the like?

also a complete myth, one started by the makers of Kreakalyn. Not surprising since they were supposed to be the "next best thing in creatine", until CEE came along and crushed thier sales. its pretty sad really, the guy that runs the company seems like a good guy, but either he has some unscrupulous marketers or he is acting on very bad advice. they do have a patent on krealkalyn, so to have an unpatented and superior product on the market is not exactly what they wanted.

AH! OK. thanks.

I woudl suspect he made a substantial investment in his product and will do whatever necessary to recoup some of that investment icluding starting rumors about his best competing product.
