Im on a course just now and I went onto the treadmill the other day, My heart rate normally peaks at 135 and I normally start sweating after 20 mins. Not this time my heart rate was 155 and i started sweating after 10 mins, I tried it again 2 days later with the same results. Im not running just fat burning, I know the juice increases your blood pressue and if you push your heart to much you can enlarge it. So what I want to know is whats the max BPM I can push so as not to do any damage.
