I have been thinking for awhile what I should try to use for fatloss??

I have been compairing the pros and cons between using clen and thermorexin plus yohimburn.

I can't decide what the best for me is - the problem is that as an ex-football player the countless knee injuries / surgeries has left me really with only doing the elliptical machine 30 - 40 mins/day and walking on a treadmill. My diet is okay, not perfect but I know I can loose alot more fat with some kind of supplement or clen - I can't decide which one though...

I have done ECA in the past with okay results, but I kind of want to stay away from epha. if possible.

any sugestions????
Thanks,

Thanks,

how high is your body fat?
if its relatively high and unless stubborn fat pockets is a big issue then would wait on the yohimburn.

if your diet is not perfect, the addition of Glucorell R and Sesapure (combo- here
SesaPURE/Glucorell R combo ) will help significantly to make up for short comings (of course ideally you should try to shape up diet as much as possible)

thermorexin as a base with cycles of clen is quite a popular stim stack.

walking is good for fat loss, try doing it outside when possible (a good hour brisk walk is quite effective)

Cool, thanks.

I would say my bf is about 22%, so I am going to hold off the yohimburn for awhile. The problem is getting that stuff in Canada - I am in Buffalo Ny alot, are there any supplement stores in the area you can pick that up in??

At 22% bf, I would hold off on any fat loss products. Seems to me you could do pretty well with some dietary changes. I normally do not include any fat loss aids till "needed". All these have "limited" results, and if you use them too soon without your diet in order and getting fairly lean, then you have no place to turn but more caloric reduction and or cardio.

Having got that out of the way, since you posted clen, I assume you know a bit about it. For serious cutting, clen will do well.

I have tried Clen before with great results. If I was to compare the side-effects of clen, therm. or an eca stack, which would have the least adverse effects compared to results - of the three?

Thanks for the diet info. That is definately something I will be working on -- would you erase the weights from your work-out routine and focus strickly on cardio, or continue with weights and cardio if you are only concerned with fat-loss?

No way should you cut weights! An invitation for muscle loss, big time.

unless you are sensitive to yohimbine, thermorexin provides least adverse effects to results.

with clen and EC its somewhat of a toss up, some find the CNS effects of EC intolerable, with clen its typically the cramping and lethargy issues.

continue with weights and cardio. the more muscle you maintain the easier it will be to maintain your fat loss.
