It sounds to me like you're not eating enough. If you stay on the "diet/minimal calories" track for too long, your body starts to accomidate to the calories you're taking in and you'll stop losing. My best advice would be to eat more and put your all into working out. That will get you jump-started again.
There are plenty of options for cardio, you don't just have to stick to the bike! Cardio is something that has to be done for most of us women. I hate it too, but I do it regardless. I blast some music that I love on my discman and keep my goals in mind while I'm doing it. Also, make it a point to keep yourself active during the day, like someone else had said. That not only burns calories, but it keeps you away from the food closet!
I use the Fitday program as well. It's so much easier to use when you're planning out your diet. I weigh about the same as you (at 6' tall). I take in about 2,000 calories per day and usually stick to a 20/40/40 ratio. (20% fat, 40% carbs/protein) Keep in mind that you can't be lean ALL the time! In order to shock your system, you may need to take a baby step backwards. In the long run though, it will help you. Like figureskater said - get rid of the refined foods. The more natural, the better!
Congrats and good luck!
