Was looking into trying the helladrol stack from mr supps, any1 tried this or give info on it? Don't want to run test or anything like that yet.
Currently 183pounds 6ft1 21yr old.
 
What are your goals bro?

No offense but for your height, you're a little light to run a PH just yet. What's your ideal weight?

Want to hit 100kg bench currently 80kg, 150kgsquat currently 105kg
And dead lift hit 180kg currently 130kg
None taken man. Just lookin for advice on it.
What weight would you recommend before i try ph?
Well The goal was 180 but I want to keep adding mass so maybe hit 195 and see then?
 
Yeah 195 or so would be way better off, and you wouldn't be limiting your gains in the future. You're young enough you can get a good creatine and protein supp and pack on muscle very quickly.

Ever heard of N2Bulk? I highly reccomend you get some and use it as a bedtime shake, you'd be surprised at how useless some of the GNC and mainstream supplements really are.

I can definitely help you set up a great hella cycle, but you would be doing yourself a HUGE favor to try and get a little closer to 200lbs first bro

Thanks for the info, do you mean 200pound @ like 10%? If I hit straight to 200 I reckon I'd be in the high teens so is it a target of 200pounds @10-12%b.f is what I should be aiming for?

Yeah, over 14% or so is when you'll start running into the harsher sides such as blood pressure problems. Definitely want to try to keep as lean as you can, and there is not another protein supp like n2bulk in terms of lean bulking. It isn't cheap, but even if you just use one shake per night and then use a different protein during the day you'll notice a huge difference.

Whole foods for your protein are best when trying to get bigger but stay clean, so eat alot of chicken and fish and stay away from fast acting sugars and proccessed meat.

I'm glad you're looking into things before you dive in head first bro, not many beginners do and they end up limiting their gains in the end. The more you grow naturally, the more you will grow will assistance. I will go ahead and lay you out the cycle when I get off work but looking at your goals, I would also suggest looking into Epistane 60. It's similar to hella, but better for strength and lean size in my opinion. Both are great though my friend!

Its also best to wait a few years before running any anabolics. 21 is pretty young to start messing with your hormones and endocrine system.

Exactly rick, well said. At 21, you have such high test already, that tweaking and fine tuning your diet along with some good natural supps can have you blowing up and looking like you run gear already.

Ya I'll look up n2bulk when I'm home from work.
As for diet I think it's good:
7am 3whole eggs 3egg whites 4slices whole grain toasted with 500ml milk

10am 75gchicken 4slices cheese and 4slices whole grain bread with 500ml whole milk.

1.30pm 125g uncooked brown rice with chicken breast

5pm same as 10am

8.30pm same as 1.30pm

One protein shake with tablespoon of virgin oil and 300ml whole milk
2.5liters of water through out the day.

That's pretty much every day, chicken breast would be switched with steak or beef burgers.
Not a man for junk food anymore.

Ya been looking through stickys ect on here and alot of helpfull info. I know where to go for any advice now.
