I have been going to gym on a regular basis for over 3 years and have not seen much of a difference physique wise. Therefore, for someone who hasn't taken any steroids - any advice on what I should start off with? Also, what are any of your feelings toward the ebook "secrets of mail order steroid success" Thanks!
 
if you havent seen results in 3 years, your diet is off. diet is key, steroids wont do anything without proper nutrition. post up your diet/stats/age and we will start from there
 
three years is an awful long time to not see at least some measure of growth...

Diet most definately and possibly workout intensity / consistentcy are lacking...

Jumping onto gear will do nothing for you...
 
You should get the MOST results within three years -- maybe even one, if you bust ass. You are either not working out with enough intensity or you're eatting shit.

It's AFTER three years when most bro's have trouble making continued gains.

Stats are 5'7", 160lbs, 36 yo, 34W. Diet usually consists of egg whites/whole wheat waffles for breakfast and lean meats (i.e. turkey, chicken, tuna) plus a vegetable for lunch and dinner with snacks in between (i.e. yogurt, protein skakes, nut, etc). My approximate calorie intake for a whole day is around 2000 calories.

You are not eating enough.

This is your problem. UP your total intake everyday to around 4000 calories and you will see gains.

Yeah take what your eating and double it. Its simple you need to eat even when your not hungry. But eat clean and train your ass of and make sure you get enough Rest. Also i can suggest Need2's book if you can see in my Sig you can click on the link to get this E-book its very informative and has alot of different recipies in it and is worth the money. EAT EAT EAT AND EAT SOME MORE.
 
try doing a different muscle group each day that your in the gym during the week. Beat the shit out of the muscle your working that day. Even without proper diet you should still grow. Get blood work done. Maybe very low testosterone levels?
