Advice?

Hey Guys I'm 30 yrs old, been working out since 19, I'm 5'11 175, my max weight was 195 at about 22 yrs old completely natural. I've never touched Steroids but wanna give it a try. I'd like to get up to about 200lbs if possible. I have no Idea which ones to start with or how to go about it, can anyone give me advice on a good program to start out with? I would really appreciate it. Thanks-Timps P.s. I'm deathly afraid of bt's. :confused:

Give us some more information. What's your training and diet look like? Let's start there.
 
Welcome. You're in the right place. There is a lot you should learn before trying gear.

If you want to do gear, you're only looking at one side of the square. There are three other things yo uneed to look at and make sure you have in check BEFORE trying gear.

#1-DIET-Is your diet in check? Have you figured out how many calories you need to eat in a day? Have you sat down and actually planned out your menu for a few days to see what you should be eating and when you should be eating it?

#2-TRAINING-Is your training in check? Have you been going to the gym and is your body used to lifting weights? Do you have a routine worked out for what you will do when you are on cycle?

#3-GEAR-There is two MAIN schools of thought on running gear for the first time. One thought is to run your first cycle of test only (250-500mg per week). This will help you figure out how your body will react to these new powerful compounds you are introducing into it. This will also help you reduce your side effects and you will know what compund is causing side effects if you get them. Thought #2 is, you never grow like you do on your first cycle so you should load it up! There are pro's and cons to each school of thought.

#4-PCT-What are you going to run for PCT? How will you run it? Do you have everything you need on hand for PCT? You should ALWAYS have everything you need on hand BEFORE starting a cycle.

What supps are you currently taking? You may be able to reach your goals natty
 
Prolem is I was in a car accident couple years ago....it's taken this long just to get back up to this weight cause of nagging back/neck injuries and lots of physical therapy...so I also cant lift too heavy and stuff like squats are out of the question also heavy back workouts...but if I was gonna give "the Gear" a try what would be good to start with? Btw thanks for all the quick responces so far.

30 is a good age to start.

IMHO you should try a 8 week cycle of test-e at 250mg EW first and see how you do.

Read the forums for a few months and research thoroughly. There are a lot of things you need to learn and be prepared for.

Oh and Im using Clenbuterol, high quality protien, Pro performance Creatine pills, and just got Armitest, gonna give that a try..probably not the best stuff eh. Also I wanna stay lean so I've been hitting cardio 4-6 days a wk and lifting 3-4.I really have a hard time eating enough to put on any more weight naturally. Plus I just don't feel that strong I'm really frustrated.

Clen is a dangerous drug, a mod or vet needs to help you with that, I don't have the experience to, sorry.
If you do any steroid to test e or test cyp @ 250 mg EW for 10-12 weeks, but don't until you get your diet dialed in and training steady.
A few tricks I do to increase my appetite is to do cardio BEFORE breakfast. I eat all day if I do. You might want to buy some dessicated liverr tablets as well online. They seemed to help me eat a little more too. Take in 4-5 regular meals, and 1-2 protein shakes. Have a good source of protein EVRY meal. Don't stuff yourself every meal, that will expand you gut and make you sick IMO.
Just be patient and the strength will come with a good diet and hard training. Since you can't do squats or deads any more it will take longer than before, but you'll get it bro.
